We understand that sometimes it's necessary to cancel a service and we want to assist you in making this process as straightforward as possible. However please note that there are specific deadlines that must be adhered to in order to avoid compensation charges.
If you wish to cancel a service you have the right to do so in writing, free of charge, up to 20 business days before the scheduled execution of the service. However if you need to cancel within this time frame professionals may charge compensation.
If you cancel within less than 20 business days but up to 48 hours before the start of the service a compensation fee of 60% of the agreed total amount is due. If you cancel within less than 48 hours before the start of the service, a compensation fee of 85% of the agreed total amount is due.
Please be aware that this compensation is necessary to cover the costs of preparing for the service and the revenue lost. Therefore we recommend canceling your service as early as possible to avoid compensation charges.
