After the service has been provided, you should immediately inspect the belongings or the condition of the cleaned property. You should sign an acceptance protocol listing any visible defects. Services or objects that are declared defect-free in the acceptance protocol are considered accepted without reservations.


Non-immediately visible defects should be reported within three working days, starting the day after the service has been provided, including Saturdays, to both the specialist and MOVU. The report must be in writing and include photos as attachments.


It is important to note that all rights to defects expire once further work, such as painting or cleaning services, is carried out in the corresponding property by third parties, before their assertion or clarification by the specialist or MOVU. Therefore, you should inform us about defects as soon as possible to ensure that we can assist you.
