- Make sure that the cleaning personnel have a nearby parking space. Please contact the cleaning company before the service day if parking conditions are difficult. You will find the company’s contact details in the booking confirmation email.
- Check with the cleaning company to see if you can meet the cleaning staff in person or if you will provide them with a key.
- Please note that your home must be completely empty before the cleaning company arrives.
- Please ensure that both your refrigerator and freezer are defrosted before the arrival of the cleaning team.
- Please remain available for the cleaning company on the day of the service.
