If the information in the inventory list or questionnaire is incorrect, the company may demand additional payments. However, you must agree to these additional charges in writing on the MOVU additional expense form. Ideally, the extra costs can be settled either directly on-site in cash to the company or by invoicing through the company. Alternatively, you have the option to decline the inclusion of additional inventory items and handle the transportation of these extra items yourself. You can also choose for the moving company to transport only the items listed in the inventory and questionnaire.
