Exclusions from the Fixed Price:
- Moving Boxes: The cost of purchasing or renting moving boxes is not covered in the fixed price. Clients are responsible for sourcing their own packing materials.
- Disposal: Any expenses related to disposing of items, including but not limited to unwanted furniture or goods, are not part of the fixed price and should be handled separately.
- Installation Works: Specialized installation tasks such as assembling or disassembling furniture, electronics, or fixtures are not included and may incur additional charges.
- Repairs and Electrical Work: Repairs or electrical services for your new or old property are not within the fixed price. Any maintenance or electrical work will be a separate cost.
- Street and Parking Reservation: Charges associated with reserving parking spaces or obtaining permits for loading and unloading at your locations are not covered by the fixed price.
